36 30. Simulation for Blister Packaging – Process Optimization and Improvements This project investigates the use of Motion Analysis Simulation in industry. The project focuses on optimizing and improving the process surrounding Simulations carried out during INTRA placement. Simulations were carried out for a blister packaging line used to package tablets; Solidworks Motion analysis Software was used to carry out the simulations. The aim is to produce simulations that are of a level at which they can be implemented into the design stage of the company’s manufacturing process. Facial Recognition Attendance System Facial Recognition Attendance System is an automated system that, instead of using traditional techniques like using pen and paper or the lecturer manually recording attendance, uses facial recognition technology tomark and record student attendance. The lecturer can add students to the systemaccording to their module and can take student’s attendance using the “Start” and “Stop” button. An attendance report can be viewed based on the date andmodule. The attendance report can also be downloaded in excel format.
