80 162. RecruitEase This project seeks to address the common struggles recruiters encounter in their day-to-day operations by providing a solution in the formof a user-friendly web app. The aim is to create a streamlined platform that serves as a one-stop-shop for all recruitment needs. Through the platform, recruiters will be able to easily create job specifications and effortlessly post themacross a variety of job sites. By attaching a keyword string to each job spec, the systemwill automatically import candidate CVs from the job sites and rank thembased on the number of relevant keywords found in their resume. This ranking system will enable recruiters to quickly access and review the best-suited candidates for the job. A thermodynamic analysis involving exergy is carried out to investigate the performance of the CHP systemwith a newly implemented Thermal Energy Storage (TES) system residing in Terminal 2 of Dublin Airport. The study aims to explore how TES could enhance CHP efficiency and reliability by providing an energy buffer during peak demand periods. The research provides insights into the feasibility of CHP and TES systems as well as the technology behind themand their potential for sustainable energy generation and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
