78 144. Parametric Finite Element Analysis of Hip Prosthesis A diverse array of hip implant models is available on the market, featuring a range of neck angles, stem lengths, and offsets. By developing a parametric finite element model of the hip prosthesis, the project aims to facilitate the effortless adjustment of these parameters. This approach enables a thorough examination of the forces exerted on the femur bone, particularly focusing on the impact of parameter variations on stress distribution within specific femoral zones, notably the medial and lateral aspects. Using advanced imaging techniques, the tool allows users tomanipulate the viewing angle and depth of CT scans in a 3D space, providing an immersive examination experience. A key feature includes an adjustable slider, enabling users to slice through the 3Dmodel at varying depths. This functionality enhances the viewer’s ability to discern fine details within the liver, facilitating amore comprehensive understanding of the cancer’s impact. The intuitive interface of the viewer aims to streamline the diagnostic process, improving accessibility to detailed visualisation for oncologists and supporting staff, thereby contributing to better-informed clinical decisions.
