For Amateur Musicians ▶ Champion and encourage amateur music making through weekly Baroque Strings classes led by IBO musicians. ▶ Launch a Baroque Strings Summer School to offer an intensive course for amateur string players seeking an inclusive and basic introduction to historically-informed performance. For Children ▶ Develop a scheme with St Peter’s National School, to bring ideas of historically-informed performance to children in a fun and engaging way, culminating in a performance at the NCH. ▶ Establish a ‘Time Travellers’ series for children, in conjunction with a partner organisation, providing events and concerts to entertain and invite imagination.
