Financial Statements Capital commitments The company has capital commitments totalling €101,854 for a firewall upgrade project at 31 December 2023 (2022 – €Nil). 18. Post balance sheet events There are no material post balance sheet events. 19. Contingent liabilities There are no contingent liabilities at 31 December 2023. 20. Company structure The company is limited by guarantee and does not have a share capital. 21. Controlling parties The company is controlled by its members.
